West Ham boss David Moyes is happy seeing Frank Lampard in charge of former club Everton.
Moyes' former club Everton may be having a difficult time fighting relegation at the moment but the Scot has no doubt about Lampard's credentials as Blues boss.
"I got to know him a bit when he was Chelsea manager and I've always found him a real gentleman and an incredible football man," Moyes said.
"He's very knowledgeable and certainly understands the game.
"The great thing is to see some young British coaches getting good jobs in the Premier League and the Championship and further down.
"I think it's really important people like Frank and Steven Gerrard keep pushing it through and trying to keep it going."
