Manchester City defender Ruben Dias says the demanding nature of manager Pep Guardiola is driving his game to new levels.
Dias admits he enjoys playing for the Catalan.
He said, "To be on top, you have to constantly demand more of yourself and more of your teammates, just as they need to demand more of you.
"I think Pep symbolises just that really well. He has been longer than everyone else at this level, both as a player and coach, and he knows better than anyone else what level we need to be at.
"He is number one when it comes to demands and to be there every day and let us know that it is not enough and that we must do more and more."
