Kota Kinabalu: Ten persons were charged with abetting a woman in producing fake bank statements to the Sabah Education Department involving million-ringgit worth of contracts to supply food to hostels and schools.
The 10 pleaded guilty to the alternative charges before Sessions Court Judge Abu Bakar Manat, while the woman, Rita Pangeran, 31, claimed trial to 50 charges against her on Monday.
