Kota Kinabalu: City police and City Hall are investigating a video clip that went viral showing immigrant children near the Filipino market placing screws on the road so that the tyres of motorists will end up punctured.
State Community Development and People’s Wellbeing Minister Datuk Shahelmey Yahya said he received the same video and forwarded it to Mayor Datuk Noorliza Awang Alip.
The video was referred to City Police while City Hall would conduct its own investigation.
