Diego Forlan is convinced Benfica striker Darwin Nunez can make it in England.
Nunez is being linked with Arsenal and Manchester United, while Newcastle have made an offer of €49m this week for the Uruguay international.
Former United striker Forlan said: "He has been doing very well at Benfica. He has a good number of goals in the league and in the Champions League, he scored in both games against Liverpool, he always created opportunities.
"I think he has the level to play in the Premier League [ I English League].
"Maybe he arrives at Manchester United and adapts immediately, maybe he will need some time, because the style of play is different from the Portuguese."
