S04 chief Rouven Schröder is prepared to sell Kabak this summer for a knockdown fee.
BILD says after seeking €13m for Kabak last summer, Schroder is now willing to sell for €8-9m.
Norwich will not be keeping hold of Kabak after he failed to meet the 20 appearances required this season to trigger a permanent deal.
