West Ham United are preparing a new attempt for Leeds midfielder Kalvin Phillips this summer.

A fee of £55million said to be West Ham's best offer.

The England international has been at the forefront of many rumours linking him with a move from Elland Road, with Manchester United, Newcastle United and Liverpool also said to interested too.

The 26-year-old has endured an injury hit campaign having only just returned to the first team under new boss Jesse Marsch, with United keen on keeping hold of the Three Lions star beyond his current deal.

The Sun says the Hammers 'will try again' with another bid to sign Phillips after missing out in January, with David Moyes perhaps bidding to strengthen his squad given they may yet be involved in European competitions come the start of the 22/23 campaign.
