Kota Kinabalu: The Agriculture and Food Industries Ministry (Mafi) is allocating RM1 million for pineapple cultivation in Sabah this year to enhance the crop’s development and production using the latest technology and methods.
The funding will be channelled through the Malaysian Pineapple Industry Board (LPNM) so that Mafi, LPNM and the State Agriculture and Fisheries Ministry (MAF Sabah) can work together on a joint-venture project.
