Chelsea great John Terry is upset seeing Toni Rudiger leave the club.
Manager Thomas Tuchel confirmed the reports following Sunday's 1-0 win over West Ham, saying government sanctions have left the club's hands tied.
Rudiger's contract expires in the summer and he has already agreed a four-year contract with Real Madrid.
Responding to the news, legendary Chelsea defender Terry was incredulous.
