SANDAKAN: The Sabah Forestry Department has published a new book on Forest Plantation Nursery Management in Bahasa Malaysia.
“Nurseries are the backbone to the development of forest plantations, particularly in producing enough supply of high quality planting materials,” said Chief Conservator of Forests, Datuk Frederick Kugan.
“We recognise that forest plantation is the way forward to boost the development of Sabah’s timber industry and economy,” Kugan noted in a press release.
