Tottenham fear Olympique Lyon will pass on signing permanently Tanguy Ndombele.
The France midfielder has impressed during his loan with OL this season, having won over coach Peter Bosz.
But the London Evening Standard says there's concern OL will send Ndombele back to Spurs due to the price of his permanent option.
OL must find €65m to sign the midfielder outright, which is regarded as too rich by the French giants.
For his part, Ndombele would be happy to remain in Lyon long-term.
