Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola insists his players are aware of what they need to do in their pursuit of the Premier League title.
The Sky Blues restored a one-point advantage over Liverpool at the top thanks to a win over Brighton on Wednesday night.
Guardiola told Sky Sports: "We have just one month to finish the Premier League and we know what we have to do. If we drop two points Liverpool will be champions.
"We have real tough fixtures ahead of us.
"When Kevin de Bruyne is fit and mentally ready, he is an incredible special player and that was a great performance.
"The last five years have been outstanding what we have done. The players give everything."
