Real Madrid came away with a 2-1 win away at Celta Vigo on Saturday evening.

The result saw Los Blancos move 12 points clear at the top of the LaLiga Santander table.

Just four days before Real Madrid take on Chelsea in the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final tie, they will need to be a lot better if they are to emerge victorious against the reigning champions.

Karim Benzema gets a lot of the plaudits for the goals that he scores, and it is entirely deserved, but Thibaut Courtois deserves to be in the same conversation. Every match, the Belgian makes impressive save after impressive save, just like he did to stop Iago Aspas' free-kick from ending up in the top corner.

Benzema netted his 34th and 35th goals of the season in Saturday evening's win, which is a new personal best for the Frenchman in a Real Madrid shirt. He is Los Blancos' leader in more ways than one.
