Guimaraes showed his quality with a deft lob over former Newcastle stopper Tim Krul - perhaps the best finish of his goals so far.
Shearer tweeted the midfielder, praising his finish against the Canaries, and Guimaraes has responded brilliantly to the Magpies legend.
