Vitaly Janelt has signed a new deal with Brentford.
The 23-year-old has renewed his contract with the promoted Premier League team until 2026. The former VfL Bochum prospect was signed by the Bees in 2020 for €600,000.
Bees manager Thomas Frank said, "I think Vitaly is a prime example that we are successful in our recruitment and development of a player.
"We are good at finding young, talented players and maximizing their potential.
"Vitaly came to us from the second German division and we saw a lot of good things in him. He was able to get involved in the team right from the start."
