Wolves boss Bruno Lage insists he's pleased with the team's progress.

Four defeats in the last six games have knocked Wolves' hopes of reaching the Premier League top four but Lage seems pretty content with life at Molineux right now.

"We have evolved in how we want to play," he says.

"We started the season well and tried to control games more with the ball. We sometimes had problems against teams that are hard to press but we are learning with that.

"I am happy with the way we play and the way we create chances. If we had scored more goals, we would be talking about a fantastic season.

"We had a bad game against Crystal Palace recently but showed a good answer against Watford and Everton. Then when it was 11 v 11 against Leeds, we put in the best 15 minutes since my first day. We need to go with that ambition and confidence again."
