Kota Kinabalu: The Menara Sabah Ports Authority (LPPS) and the Cove will be another iconic landmark in the State Capital when completed.
The mixed development project with an estimated total gross development value of RM1 billion will be sited on 6.28 acres of prime land owned by LPPS at Tanjung Lipat, here.
The agreement to undertake the joint venture project was signed at a hotel between Deevin Development Sdn Bhd and LPPS.
