Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel admits they're "behind" in the transfer race due to the club's sale.
Chelsea have been blocked from buying and selling after the UK government sanctioned owner Roman Abramovich after Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
On transfer news, Tuchel said: "There is none in the moment, not possible. You say so (the club will be taken over before the transfer window). We are not sure. Maybe yes.
