Penarol president Ignacio Ruglio admits they're in talks with Serie A clubs over young striker Augustin Alvarez.
AC Milan, Fiorentina and Inter Milan have been linked with Alvarez ahead of the summer market.
Ruglio has declared they're now prepared to sell the young striker.
“Agustin will leave in June because that's been out plan," Ruglio said, “so that the players do not leave all at once.
"It's between two Italian clubs to sign him."
