Torino president Urbano Cairo believes Andrea Belotti will sign a new deal.
The captain's current contract expires in June.
“I hope Belotti stays, he's been with us for seven years and is the second-best scorer in the club's history with more than 100 goals, nobody will be happy if he leaves," said Cairo.
“We have talked about it a lot and it's better not to say anything else, so perhaps there could be a different end from the one I expect."
