Colombia's Junior de Barranquilla have launched legal action against Porto over the sale of Luis Diaz to Liverpool.

The Colombia winger was sold by Porto to Liverpool in January for a fee of €45m rising to €60m.

Diaz's former club Junior de Barranquilla are insisting they are due 20 per cent of the fee raised after an agreement in his original.

The Colombians have now launched legal action against Porto for their cut of the player's fee.

It's understood FIFA have now ruled in Junior de Barranquilla's favour and Porto have 45 days to pay the €9m owed, says Marca.
