Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel admits speculation about player departures has hit their form.

Conte said, "I think you can always end up in a situation where players at the end of a season have talks with other clubs and get a bit distracted. It happens. It's easier if you are free to act and be involved in the talks. Right now it feels like we are spectators of the development which we don't like.
"It's a passive role. Yes, you can feel it. We have discussed a lot of points, if you bring all these points together you maybe have the explanation why the edge in our game may be missing. It's not a moment to point fingers to the players or be too hard or demanding.
