Kota Kinabalu: India’s High Commissioner to Malaysia BN Reddy met with Sabah Indian entrepreneurs to discuss potential for bilateral trade and investment between India and the Sabah government.
In the dialogue with some 30 businessmen from the Sabah Indian Muslim Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DPPIMS), Reddy urged the entrepreneurs to look at India through a different lens, given the social, economic and fiscal reforms it made in the last 10 years.
He said India’s progressive reforms will be mutually beneficial to both Sabah and India, thus he encouraged more businessmen to engage in India-Malaysia bilateral trade and investments.
