KUALA PENYU: There must be a political will among leaders in Sabah to find a significant viable method for the proposed issuance of foreigner cards.
Home Minister Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainudin said it is important because giving out the identification documents, which does not have citizenship status, will make sure foreigners, including illegals, in Sabah can be identified.
“We need political will from the Sabah leaders for implementation of the proposed foreigner cards.
