Fabinho missed Saturday's FA Cup final win over Chelsea.
The defensive anchorman is now a doubt for the remainder of the league season, and the Champions League final.
Asked about Fabinho, Klopp said: "Very well, but he will not be involved tomorrow. But very good."
Liverpool face the Saints then Wolves this weekend before the clash with Real Madrid in Paris on May 28.
