Kota Kinabalu: Parti Warisan Sabah (Warisan) does not see the enlarged Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS), with the latest inclusion of United Sabah National Organisation (Usno) a threat as history has shown that a single multiracial party can topple an alliance in Sabah.
Its President Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal said Parti Bersatu Rakyat Jelata Sabah (Berjaya) toppled the Sabah Alliance comprising Usno and Sabah Chinese Association (SCA) and after that, Berjaya was also toppled by a single party, Parti Bersatu Sabah (PBS).
“That is their (GRS components) right to form an alliance...and whether they align with Parti Kesejahteraan Demokratik Masyarakat (KDM), Parti Cinta Sabah (PCS) and Liberal Democratic Party (LDP), it is their right to do that.
