The Daily Mail says Spurs look set to win the race to sign Ivan Perisic on a free transfer after the club made a contract offer to the Croatian forward.
The 33-year-old is out of contract at Inter this summer and the Serie A side want to keep him, but are struggling to reach an agreement as reports in Italy claim that he is asking for a three-year deal worth £100,000-a-week.
Spurs have been vying for his signature alongside Chelsea and Juventus, but look to have beaten their rivals to the punch.
According to reports, Tottenham have offered Perisic a two-year deal.
