Ryan Sessegnon says Tottenham manager Antonio Conte has changed the mentality of the team.
Spurs held Liverpool to a 1-1 draw at Anfield on Saturday and they will be hoping to beat rivals Arsenal in the north London derby on Thursday.
"We see that every day in training, the standards have gone up," Sessegnon told Stadium Astro.
"We've taken six points against Man City this season and then two points against Liverpool.
"The expectations going higher every game and that's why we're so disappointed."
