Harry Kane is leaning towards signing a new contract with Tottenham.

The London Evening Standard says with Antonio Conte at the helm, Spurs were able to secure Champions League football for next season and the forward is reportedly increasingly hopeful he can end his wait to win some silverware.

Kane will turn 29 in July and another long-term deal would likely keep him at the club for the remainder of his career.

Kane is also desperate to chase down Jimmy Greaves' all-time scoring record at Spurs while he has Alan Shearer's Premier League total of 260 goals in his sights.

The Spurs talisman is currently on 183 Premier League goals.

Having secured fourth spot ahead of bitter rivals Arsenal, Kane has flown to America for a family break before the start of next month's Nations League fixtures.
