
Kota Kinabalu: A 100-percent increase in new Covid-19 cases in the capital district drove Sabah's new caseload up to 52 today.
"A 100% increase in new cases in KK from 16 yesterday to 32 cases today pushed Sabah’s caseloads to 52 (+9)," tweeted the spokesman for the crisis, Datuk Masidi Manjun.
"With the exception of KK, the situation in other districts is well under control.
"Zero cases in 16 districts and just one infection each in five.
Fifty of today's cases were asymptomatic infections.
