Kota Kinabalu: Kinabalu Jaguar FC (KJFC) edged Malaysia University FC 1-0 in the M3 Group A tie at Likas Stadium on Sunday.

They could have won by a bigger margin as they dominated the match from the start but were unable to find the target with the many scoring opportunities created especially in the first half.

It wasn’t until the 58th minute that they finally broke the deadlock with substitute Faqhrurazi Ahmad heading in the winner after jumping high to meet a pass from Aidil Safee.
