Valencia have released a statement this morning in support of coach Javier Bordalas.
Bordalas was barracked by Valencia fans during Saturday's 0-0 draw with Athletic Bilbao.
This morning, the club declared in an official statement: "Valencia CF regrets and condemns the campaign of harassment and demolition that our coach José Bordalás and our team have received throughout the season.
“An unfavourable current, also fueled by some media and whose sole purpose is to harm the coach and the team, and which has come to lead to very serious insults from several opposing fans towards our coach. In addition to also creating a negative current to try to condition the arbitration establishment.
"For this reason, from the Club we demand the utmost respect for our coach and our staff."
