AC Milan coach Stefano Pioli has revealed Zlatan Ibrahimovic delivered a rallying speech to his teammates ahead of victory at Hellas Verona.
The win saw Milan return to the top of the table.
“We knew there was no tomorrow, there was only today," explained Pioli.
“Ibrahimovic said something wonderful: 'Everyone remembers the Milan players who won the Scudetto or the Champions League, so if we want to be remembered, we've got three games to do it'."
Milan won 3-1 on Sunday, with Sandro Tonali scoring twice.
