Barcelona are ready to make a substantial contract offer to Chelsea skipper Cesar Azpilicueta.
The veteran is out of contract in the summer, although Chelsea can extend his deal by a year if their takeover goes through in the coming weeks.
According to Goal, Barca are willing to offer Azpilicueta two-year contract with an option for an extra year with a salary of roughly £11 million per season before tax.
What Barca cannot do is pay a transfer fee, due to FFP restrictions in La Liga.
That means Azpilicueta is only likely to sign for the club if his contract with Chelsea expires this summer.
The Blaugrana are also chasing Andreas Christensen and Marcos Alonso from Chelsea.
