Manchester United sent a scout to watch Wolves midfielder Ruben Neves over the weekend.
Portugal midfielder Neves was in action for Wolves in the 3-0 loss to Brighton at Molineux.
The Birmingham Mail reports that United scouts in the stands at Molineux to watch Neves live.
Wolves boss Bruno Lage recently claimed that clubs would need to pay £100m for Neves.
The Midlands club is not sticking by their manager with that claim.
However, they do want a 'significant increase' on the £45m they received from Liverpool for Diogo Jota in 2020.
