PETALING JAYA: Malaysia recorded 2,246 new Covid-19 infections yesterday, bringing the total number of cases in the country to 4,461,135 since the pandemic began.
Active cases currently stand at 22,368.
Malaysia recorded one death due to Covid-19 on Monday, with the fatality reported in Kedah.
The death toll now stands at 35,584.
