Chelsea goalkeeper Edouard Mendy wants Liverpool to claim Champions League glory.
The Senegalese shot stopper is rooting for his countryman Sadio Mane, who seeks to claim his second European Cup medal.
Mendy is hoping that Mane can lift the trophy and further his case to win the Ballon d'Or, after winning the African Cup of Nations earlier this season.
"I want Sadio to win the Champions League of course," the Blues shot-stopper told Foot Mercato.
"He is having an exceptional season, he is in the running for the Ballon d'Or and the Champions League will mark a turning point. He plays against his biggest competitor. Whoever emerges victorious will score a lot of points."
