Barcelona president Joan Laporta cannot rule out selling Frenkie de Jong this summer.
The midfielder is a target for Manchester United and Manchester City.
On De Jong's future, Laporta remained coy when speaking on Cataluyna Radio.
"There are Barcelona players who are coveted on the market and we will do what is best for Barcelona," he said.
"If we manage to clean up the club's finances, we will have fair play, cash...
