'Exercise caution': Sabah's Covid infectivity rate among the highest

Kota Kinabalu: Sabah's spokesman for the Covid-19 crisis Datuk Masidi Manjun has urged the public to exercise caution amid the state's high transmission rate for the disease that even surpasses the national average currently.

"A gentle reminder to all Sabahans to exercise caution when in crowded places, events and festivities," Masidi tweeted today.

"Our R0/RT (infectivity rate) as at yesterday is now one of the highest at 1.09 against national average of 0.87.

"...Sabah’s daily caseloads are low but transmissibility rate is high."
