The Mirror says Spurs ar showing interest in the 24-year-old.
The Frenchman has decided to leave Leipzig this summer and the German club are ready to sell in order to fund their own transfer plans.
The price tag will be £17m for Mukiele to be sold.
The 24-year-old made 37 competitive appearances during the season. His contract with Leipzig extends until the summer of 2023.
