Newcastle United attacker Allan Saint-Maximin feels he is at the same level as Liverpool striker Sadio Mane.

The 25-year-old also says he looks up to basketball icon Michael Jordan.

"Those who have played with me know very well that when it comes to pure quality, I have nothing to envy Sadio Mané. The day when I am a player who can finish the actions (score goals) I will have seasons with 10-15 assists and then I will change people's opinion," he says to So Foot.

"To do things that make an impression, change the rules, that's the goal. As Michael Jordan managed to do.

"Jordan changed the lives of some people, he gave people jobs, and that's the beauty of it."
