Kota Kinabalu: An arts and culture centre will be established in the near future to assist Sabahans’ with their singing careers, said Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Seri Dr Jeffrey Kitingan.
“It aims to help develop singing careers more effectively through the Sugandoi programme,” he said when met by reporters at the [email protected] Programme in conjunction with the Kaamatan festivities.
