SANDAKAN: The amendment to Clause 10.16 of the Umno Constitution provides space for the central, division and branch leadership to focus on the works to face the 15th General Election (GE15).
Sabah Umno Treasurer Datuk Suhaimi Nasir said at the same time, the party’s stability can continue to be preserved and good focus be given on facing GE.
The Umno Libaran Division Chief stressed that the amendment can prevent the existence of factions in the party election at the central, division and branch levels such as team A, team B, team C which will affect the works to face the next GE.
