Brighton are looking closely at Coventry City midfielder Gustavo Hamer as a summer signing.
The Albion are keen to revamp their squad and push up the table next season.
According to Football Insider, 24-year-old Hamer is one who impresses Brighton coach Graham Potter greatly.
He is a defensive midfielder, and may even serve as a replacement for Yves Bissouma.
The latter has been linked with a move to Newcastle United in the summer.
Hamer has three goals and 10 assists for Coventry in 41 games this term.
