Pierluigi Gollini admits he wants to stay with Tottenham.

The goalkeeper has spent this past season on-loan at Spurs from Atalanta. Now with the transfer window looming, Tottenham will have to make a decision regarding Gollini's future.

However the Lilywhites seem to be very close to securing the signing of Fraser Forster on a free transfer from Southampton.

"To tell the truth: if I could, I would stay at Tottenham," the the 27-year-old goalkeeper admitted.

"I am very well here, I am very attached to this group and to the club. If they decide to keep me, I will be happy to stay. We split up, I'd like to go back to Italy. I love my home, Serie A. Now I don't know anything yet."
