Chelsea captain Cesar Azpilicueta has apologised to fans for his FA Cup final penalty miss.
Azpilicueta nd Mason Mount fluffed their spot-kicks in the shootout, handing victory to Liverpool on Saturday.
Azpilicueta posted social media: “I wish I could write to you after having added another trophy for our club last Saturday, but unfortunately it was not possible.
“I felt confident to take on the responsibility in the penalty shootout and I didn't succeed.
