Arsenal midfielder Lucas Torreira has declared he wants to stay with Fiorentina.
The deal threatens to collapse over the terms involved for Torreira to convert his loan into a permanent transfer.
The Uruguay midfielder said: "I want to stay with Fiorentina but the club needs to reach an agreement with Arsenal.
"I myself feel great in Florence."
Fiorentina president Rocco Commisso has stated he'd like Torreira to stay.
