They state that Matic is keen to end his career in Serie A, with the league as well as the financial package appealing to him.
And the former Benfica man will take home a £10m signing-on-fee.
That is in addition to earning a whopping £90,000-a-week salary in Turin.
Roma were believed to be in for Matic as Jose Mourinho eyed up a reunion with the player for a third time.
But with Juve qualifying for the Champions League, Matic has decided against a switch to the Italian capital.
