Kota Kinabalu: The State Rural Development Ministry (KPLB) is to adopt an individualistic approach in elevating the hardcore poor from 10 districts, eight of which, are deemed the poorest in the country.
Its Minister, Datuk Jahid Jahim said previous strategies, including incorporating development plans for large groups were proven ineffective and that eradicating poverty must adapt to current circumstances.
