Inter Milan do not have the all clear to sign Chelsea forward Romelu Lukaku.
Media reports in Italy have suggested that Inter are very eager to bring the Belgian back to the club.
Lukaku joined Chelsea from Inter last summer, but has failed to make the grade at the Stamford Bridge club.
According to Calciomercato, Inter cannot sign Lukaku until they free up funds first.
They are also being linked with Juventus star Paolo Dybala on a free transfer.
But these two moves will only happen if they move on the likes of Arturo Vidal and Alexis Sanchez.
